Founded in December 1986, SVA Electron Co. Ltd.(originally named “Shanghai Vacuum Electron Devices Co., Ltd.”) was a listed company with core business of photoelectron display devices and application products. The company has 2 LCD/LCM factories now, with annual production capacity of 200,000 sqm of LCD and 36 million pieces of LCM. We can make special products in accordance with customers’ requirements, including: SMT、COB、COG、TAB、COF and all kinds of structural display modules and TFT、OLED mould products. The product spectrum covers panel displays (including TFT、CSTN、STN、TN、PDP, VFD, etc. ), CRT and the three categories---glass case, electron parts and others(including CF, tungsten & molybdenum materials, thin film switches, bundles, decoration panels, microwave ovens and magnetro).

Brief Introduction of TFT series

TFT color modules, which are promoted by SVA-E recently, realize playing DVD or watching TV by means of video, which provides vivid and clear pictures. The products are widely used in color screen mobile phones, camera mobile phones, car DVD, mobile DVD, medical equipments, overhead projectors and other color display areas.

Brief Introduction of CSTN series

CSTN series of SVA-E have a lot kinds of products, which are widely used in the market. The products adopt advanced Japanese equipments, with 8um precise seam, and annual production of 500,000 pairs of 14’’X16’’ CSTN products.

Brief Introduction of TN/STN series

TN module products are featured in low voltage, low power and longevity, etc. Up to now, TN products of SVA-E include some normal modules as TN，ETN，HTN, which are widely used in character displays devices, light valves and automobile audio and display. And there are many kinds of STN modules such as yellow grey film, blue film and positive black & white film, negative double layers compensation film and etc., which are widely used in PDA, consuming electronics and other areas. Other products being developed like ESTN、DSTN are also used in some areas as car display.
